Really unfortunate that SG went down to a low of 179.6, just nice at my stop level!! before bouncing back up.. Loss of 21 ticks for this trade.

Global stocks have all come to a very low level, esp, for this month Oct, we are all seeing very deep discounts in almost every stocks. So, the question is, is it time to buy? Some people will ask if this is the low? I don't think anyone is really capable of answering that confidently. As Warren Buffet says "be fearful when everyone is greedy and be greedy when everyone is fearful". Personally, I think is time so start slowly accumulate some stocks, of course, not to go "all in", but start diverting say 20% of your portfolio to stocks. This I mean is not for short term trading, but for longer investment horizon, say 3 - 5 years.

What a happening day on all markets, with all central banks cutting rates. Well, lets see if this will save the market.

Anyway, today is not a good day for me :( with all stops being triggered.

EUR loss of 120 pips, still fighting on CHF, but not looking good for now.

Recent calls have been pretty bad. However, looking back at my back testing results, it seems normal to have certain down months, but of course, should have more up months than down. And I am always keeping my tp levels > stop levels, so that should give me overall profit even with 50% accuracy.

Although I am just in forward testing phase, this is nonetheless demoralizing. If this is really in full time trading, then there is a chance that I might give up on my system. One very important lesson here is that we must trade on amount that we are comfortable, again remind me of the danger of overtrading! For now, probably I will need a little more time and faith to carry on with my testing.
